Ventilation
Some of the material used in the removal and installation of floorcoverings can affect people who are sensitive to chemicals or are allergy prone. Please provide plenty of ventilation when your old floorcovering is removed and your new floorcovering installed. We recommend that you continue to ventilate the area for at least 72 hours after installation.

Installation
Keep clear of where the installers are working to prevent injury through tripping or slipping. With the safety of your child first and foremost, please keep children away from the installation area, so our professionals can complete their installation without risk of injury.

Heavy loads
Pool tables, pianos and other very heavy items should only be moved by specialists.  If necessary phone us and we will put you in contact with people who can do this for you. Installers are required as a safety precaution to wear footwear at all times during the installation.  The soft shoes worn will not damage your new floor.
